Requirements:
Highly organized analytical thinker with good oral and written communication skills.
Reading and understanding codes, laws, regulations and policies
Previous DOT experience preferred however not required
Requirements for the Safety Compliance position include a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to effectively communicate both English and Spnanish languages , and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Responsibilities:
Revise rate confirmation and dispatch drivers.
Contact brokers and resolve any issues drivers may have.
Monitoring all driver qualification files
Training/Reviewing of service records for accuracy
Reporting and investigating all accidents and incidents
Review accident file contents for accuracy and documents needed
Assure in vehicle driver training is completed with every active driver
Assure vehicle inspection hands on training is completed with every active driver
Assure all active drivers aretrained
