JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Desktop/Laptop with Core i3, Ryzen 3, or better. Mac is also acceptable
- Reliable Internet Connection (at least 10 Mbps)
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Fluent/Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- E- Commerce experience is a PLUS
Responsibilities:
- Represent and convey your clients brand/company
- Work independently; manage time and multi-Task
- Communicate regularly with clients, teams, and management using Slack and Email
- Convey solutions and ideas to your clients that will improve their business and Customer Service Experience
- Attend team meetings to check in with clients and fellow team members
Benefits:
Pay: $3- $4 USD per hour
Full- Time, 8- Hour workday with 2 consecutive rest days
Paid- Time off
Performance bonuses
