Requirements:
All Around This World is an interactive Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program for young children and their families that encourages kids to explore the world by enjoying great global melodies, rhythms and movement. In All Around This World classes and concerts, kids and their grown- Ups sing, dance and explore the world's wealth of countries and cultures, -traveling- around the globe region by region. Founded by Philadelphia- Ased educator Jay Sand, who is the owner and primary teacher, All Around This World offers livecast classes to children in multiple time zones, and invites classrooms and homeschooling families to join him on multicultural adventures by subscribing to his engaging curriculum.
All Around This World is seeking motivated sales associates who are enthusiastic about advancing All Around This World's mission: To further global acceptance by educating children about a diversity of countries and cultures!
All Around This World associates introduce schools in their country/region/city to All Around This World's online classes and curriculum packages, inspiring them to become subscribers. Associates receive a commission based upon their school subscribers' payments for the first full year of that school's subscription. While initially compensation will be commission- Only, as we collaborate to identify the size and value of markets and to expand the project's capacity and Reach, we may work together to transition to a salary- Lus- Commission model.
Sales associates are self- Employed independent contractors who work remotely, choose their own amount of hours, make their own schedule, determine their own sales procedures and receive payment from All Around This World on a monthly basis. Each All Around This World sales associate has his or her own exclusive geographic territory, and takes responsibility for identifying and approaching schools, libraries and community organizations in that territory. Associates communicate with potential subscribers online, by telephone and/or in person, introducing them to All Around This World's classes and curriculum subscription options. Associates earn commissions on all subscriptions that are a result of their work.
Responsibilities:
Job is 100% remote entails promoting/selling educational curriculum and ongoing class subscriptions to schools in your city, wherever you are.
