Position Title #1: Employee Data Retention and Deletion Vendor Analyst

Duration : Long Term

Position Overview

This role supports achievement of the People Data Retention and Deletion (DRD) Strategy by collecting, cataloguing, and synthesizing vendor status data and other relevant information into actionable summaries. The analyst will support vendor related activities for "The People DRD Phase 2" including reaching out to appropriate stakeholders, compiling the data inventory of contract terms sent to vendors and/or cataloguing what the vendor has in terms of people data information and works with the vendor on the data deletion (depending on processor/controller status). Provides status updates and validates quality control of data to enable the successful achievement of strategic checkpoints and milestone deliverables. Reinforces data governance requirements throughout the engagement to enable implementation of a sustainable Data Retention and Deletion business process for the organization. Able to navigate project complexity and multiple workstreams while effectively engaging stakeholders and vendors as needed to achieve outcomes.


Data collection, evaluation and reporting for impact analysis and proactive risk identification by pulling and exporting data from project requirements documentation. Effectively communicate significant analysis that identify meaningful trends and risks related to the project deliverables. Provide timely business analytic decision support based on project checkpoints and deliverables. Reports KPI's associated with project requirements. Interprets data, analyzes results using analytics, research methodologies and statistical techniques as needed. Implements data analysis, leverage data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Prepare, analyze, and summarize results, creating reports, flowcharts, dashboards, risk analysis if appropriate. Must love spreadsheets. In-depth experience with Excel for data analysis and summary reporting. Able to prioritize efforts based on defined project requirements. Collaborates with Privacy, Legal, and People Team stakeholders to obtain necessary information.


Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent research, analytical and organizational skills. Knowledgeable data modeling techniques. Working knowledge of relevant business and vendor management principles. Detail oriented. Prior privacy, legal, vendor contract experience is a plus. Experienced in vendor relationship management. Acumen to effectively communicate with third party vendors and Business Process Owners.

:Employee Data Retention and Deletion Training Specialist

Duration : Long Term

Location : Who can Support PST time (Remote)

Position Overview

This role supports achievement of the People Data Retention and Deletion (DRD) Strategy by training the workforce to delete employee and candidate data that is on their computers, hard drive(s), virtual storage locations and hard copy data. The trainer will engage with internal teams, training them on the data deletion process and specifying the scope of items to delete. The trainer will prepare an education process, curriculum and learning materials for the organization based on the established Record Retention Schedule (RRS). The planned communication will be reviewed with the Privacy team for input prior to implementation and training. The scope of work encompasses data deletion training for the Global Human Resources workforce.

Responsibilities, Skills and Qualifications:

Collaborate with the People team to learn Data Retention and Deletion Strategy and Record Retention Schedule (RRS) to prepare a relevant education process for the Human Resources workforce. Translates data deletion requirements into appropriate training curriculums and learning materials. Collaborates with People Team, Privacy Team and Business Process Owners to prepare training content. Coordinate training in conjunction with protocols and training software systems to prepare fundamental training curriculums for virtual and on demand learning environments. Utilize training system, where applicable, to track and create reports to monitor employee participation. Work with People team to develop a method, according to training protocols, to monitor and ensure employees are performing responsibilities according to the training. Reports KPI's associated with education project requirements. Prior experience designing learning curriculums in virtual environment. Experienced in education training platforms that promote learning and behavior change. Able to prioritize efforts based on defined project requirements. Detail oriented. Prior experience utilizing Learning Software Applications. Prior experience preparing data privacy training/data deletion curriculums is a plus
