business tools. We are looking for a motivated, energetic Engineering Project Manager to play a key role

in managing our product development and NPI projects.


Duties and Responsibilities

The Project Manager will need to communicate with team members across engineering, operations,

product management and sales operations, make decisions and monitoring the progress of the project

to keep it on schedule. Important duties and responsibilities for the Project Manager include:

? Creating long-term and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to

deadlines and allocating resources

? Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them

? Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects

? Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals

? Identifying and coordinating mutually dependent projects on a program-level.

? Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the

project

? Communicating with executives and business leaders internally to keep the project aligned with

their goals

? Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed

? Motivating

people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

? Reports to IPORT Product Leader

. Requirements:

The Project Manager requires both hard and soft skills to excel in this position.

? Understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI) framework

? Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes

? Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)

? Proven leadership skills

? Self-starter

? Cost and risk management skills

? Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

? Ability to make important decisions under pressure

? Problem-solving skills

? Ability to delegate effectively

? Time management skills

? Friendly and approachable

? Use of Cloud-based collaboration tools like Citrix/Wrike a plus

? Fluency in Mandarin Language desired Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent

-PMP/IPMA Certification or Equivalent+ years of project management experience at a hardware company

-Experience managing product release cycle from concept through Launch

-Experience with Electrical, Mechanical Firmware & Software teams

-Experience working with external contractors / firms alongside internal teams

-Experience working with extended teams in Asia / Communicating effectively across multiple time zones desired
