The remote Enrollment Specialist position involves working with multiple clients to provide financial services and insurance product knowledge. To be eligible for this role, you must be licensed in life, accidental and sickness insurance. Responsibilities:
As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from members who have requested our no cost benefits and insurance products. You will need to be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products, as well as schedule appointments with interested parties.
In addition to calling potential clients, you will also be responsible for presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call, solution and consultative selling of insurance products to new and existing clients, completing applications for insurance products, reporting daily numbers, attending training classes often offered several times weekly, and completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for the coverage.
