Responsibilities:
To provide Health Safety and Environment assistance for day- To- Day activities, following
Et processes to support daily operations of the function.
· Provide Health Safety and Environment tasks for day- To- Day activities.
· Work under close supervision, assists in the delivery of a full range of services to
Various units within the company.
· Deliver directed elements of Health Safety & Environment activities across the region/business practice within set operational/functional direction.
· Understand and fully comply with local SOP's and maintaining local and corporate
Guidelines within the assigned task.
· Support the elaboration of plant specific HSE instructions & regulations in accordance with the plant's needs and puts them into practice.
· Participate in appropriate projects and activities within discipline area to support HSE objectives
· Support audit processes to ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
· If executive assistant, provides administrative services and assistance to any other
· Leadership team member apart from the company Executive Committee Novartis (ECN)
· Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
· Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
· Participate in site emergency management Process and Workplace Safety
· HSE compliance at the scope level
· Implement best practices (I. E. : Industrial Hygiene, Sustainability. )
· Initiate and support adequate HSE training and education
