ERP Business Systems Analyst | 8 Years Experience - Tampa

Requirements:
- Looking to engage a technical Business Systems Analyst with ERP implementation experience that is very confident and can master working with an executive level audience.
- Looking for an ERP, business systems analysts with 8+ years of experience. The best candidate will be outgoing, confident and have excellent communication skills as they will work with all audience levels and 4- 5 business areas.
- Exceptional skills writing requirements under a waterfall methodology is required. The candidate must be very detail oriented with the ability to ask the right questions.
- Required Skill Set(s): Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SDLC, Waterfall, Technical Documentation, Requirements analysis.

 
- Experience with ERP implementations - Uch as -Infor, Oracle, SAP, etc.
- Industry experience - Transportation, Healthcare, Pharma, Government, or Utilities

Responsibilities:
- Formulates and defines scope (requirements) and objective based on user needs

and thorough understanding of business processes.
- Soliciting and writing functional requirements
- Documenting business process flows (current and future state)
- Works with stakeholders on process improvement projects designed to improve results.
- Facilitating system demos and shared understanding of software
- Gathers and analyzes information and provides recommendations to address and resolve root causes.
- Evaluates/researches business problems and their relationship to technology.
- Functional testing, defect tracking and resolution
- Experience leading business process re- Engineering efforts.
- User Acceptance Testing facilitation
