The company counts over 220,000 businesses in its customer-for-life community around the world including Honda, Bridgestone, Hugo Boss, University of Pennsylvania, Toshiba, Sling TV and CiscoRequirementsExtensively manage the calendars of three senior HR leaders in North America (Chief Diversity Officer, VP, Global Talent Management, and North America Head of Human Resources), including organizing internal and external meetings across multiple time zones & locationsWork under the direction of the Workplace Manager, to manage office projects, vendor relationships, and other administrative tasks.Take ownership of domestic & international travel arrangementsPrioritize conflicting demands; handle matters efficiently, and follow through on projects to successful completionPrepare and file executive expense reports and functional purchase ordersPartner with Recruiting to accommodate candidate interviews with executivesAssist with internal and external event and meeting planningAssist with preparation of presentation or meeting materialsMaintains confidentiality and deals with information that is highly sensitiveQualifications:3+ years experience in a similar Executive Assistant roleSharp, exceptionally organized, highly intuitive, and able to anticipate needsInherent analytical skills and good financial literacy to adopt a variety of projectsAchieved high-performance goals and meet deadlinesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPassion for excellence and working in a team environment with a strong company culturePrioritized multiple tasks seamlessly with impeccable attention to detailExceptional written and verbal communication skillsAt Freshworks, we are creating a global workplace that enables everyone to find
