JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
Volunteer: Volunteers have a heart for giving back. The Executive Assistant Volunteer provides administrative support to UniversalGiving--s leadership on day- To- Day tasks. Anyone applying for this position must have extremely strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Please do not apply if you do not have these two core competencies. You will need to have good writing skills; prepare communications/applications; organize Google docs, and more. This allows us to accomplish our mission quicker. Responsibilities:
I. Update Salesforce contact databases
II. Input calendar entries into Google Calendar
III. Assist Development Business Unit by research/input potential

contacts
IV. Transcribe voicemails for blogs and emails
V. Create social media posts for the Office of the CEO/UniversalGiving- accounts
VI. Create and update Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets
VII. Research on new areas of business
VIII. With proven success & a positive attitude, take on special projects and new responsibilities

Qualifications
I. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
II. Excellent organizational skills
III. Meticulous attention to detail
IV. Commitment to confidentiality
V. Strong data entry Salesforce experience
VI. High proficiency in Google Workspace tools (some training provided)

Duration and Location
I. The position is available part- Time (5- 20 hours  week)
