We are seeking a skilled and proactive Insurance Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our insurance executive. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, document management, data management, client communication, policy processing, claims assistance, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting decision- Making through research and financial support, as well as contributing to special projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role within the insurance industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dynamic and diverse responsibilities.
Proficient in using office software, databases, and insurance- Ecific technology.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and industry practices is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documents.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Responsibilities:

Handle correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate prioritization.
Document Management:
Assist in preparing, editing, and distributing insurance- Related documents, reports, and presentations.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up- To- Date databases and records related to policies, clients, claims, and other insurance- Related information.
Client Communication:
Interact with clients and policyholders to address inquiries, provide information, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Policy Processing:
Support the processing of insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Claims Assistance:
Aid in the processing and tracking of insurance claims, coordinating with adjusters and clients as needed.
Compliance and Regulatory Support:
Ensure strict adherence to all relevant insurance regulations and industry guidelines.
Research:
Conduct research on insurance- Related topics, market trends, and competitor analysis to support decision- Making.
Financial Support:
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting for insurance operations.
Meeting Coordination:
Organize and coordinate insurance team meetings, conferences, and events.
Training and Orientation:
Facilitate the onboarding and training of new insurance team members.
Special Projects:
Collaborate on special projects and initiatives as assigned by the insurance executive.
Confidentiality:
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information, such as client data, financials, and company strategies.
Technology and Software:
Utilize insurance- Ecific software and technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
