Consea is a leading Executive Search firm providing high-quality solutions in search and selection of Middle to Top Management across three business units: Industrial, Fashion & Retail, Consumer Goods, boasting long-term relationships both with clients and candidates. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for assisting the Recruiting Delivery Team in building strong client relationships, mastering recruitment process delivery, and mapping the market within the industrial and consumer goods industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for supporting the full life cycle of all areas of professional recruiting including sourcing and pre-selecting, pre-screen, interview, and offer.
• Work with supervisors in helping them identify job requirements, create job descriptions, and job advertisements.
• Proactively source candidates from a variety of resources including internet job ad-reply, direct sourcing, cold calling, etc.
• Review resumes of applicants. Oversee assessment of applicants, coordinate interviews and schedule for candidates, as appropriate, and perform reference and background checks.
• Ensure appropriate recruiting records and statistics are maintained.
• Other operational activities related to the Recruiting department, as required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience with
full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, pre-selecting, pre-screen, interview, and offer).
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in recruiting highly skilled talent (mid-management, C-suite).
• Previous experience in recruiting for industrial and manufacturing industries.
• Previous experience using LinkedIn as a tool for sourcing highly skilled talent.
• Demonstrated ability to independently, multi-task, and work with a small team.
•Ability to organize and manage day-to-day tasks according to Delivery needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, time management, decision making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of the industrial market and its trends.
