Sipping Streams the only award winning tea company in all of Alaska is seeking energetic tea enthusiasts who are dynamic, responsible, attentive, passionate, and communicative. This is a high energy specialty tea demonstrator position with a great team of people and established Alaskan company. Responsibilities include selling our tea, honey, hot cocoa or other products, making samples, cleaning, organizing and restocking product. In addition to your hourly pay, you may earn additional commission based on your sales. Sell more; earn more. Attention to detail is extremely important and so is tea knowledge or willingness to learn about products. This is a temporary, part-time.

Sales Associate requires:

You have your own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license and good driving record.
You are highly motivated to learn about the product on your own time.

You have great hand-eye coordination and can run repetitive tasks without mistakes.
Clear communication skills.
Occasional lifting involved up to 50 lbs.
You love being organized
and take pride in perfect work and a clean workspace.
Must have excellent attendance record with reliable transportation.
High school diploma or GED preferred
Current Alaska Food workers card (before employment)
Previous sales experience preferred
Be able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.



Be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
Strong communication and people skills, willingness to do extra tasks including yet not limited to: product set up and tear down, dusting, lifting and packing.



Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be well organized and able to handle multiple projects
Effective communication, problem solving and creative skills; desire to contribute with innovative ideas
Ability to take direction and constructive criticism
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Specialty tea demonstrator duties include yet are not limited to:


Promote events and brand that build visibility and recognition
Promotes all product information, communications, advertising, promotions, focuses, and goals



Concierge for wholesale client success



Maintain and operate communication between company and client
Skills: The applicant must have an understanding of or willingness/ability to learn the following skills

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $12.75 - $17.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:

All staff are required to wear masks while in workspaces. Also, all customers are required to wear masks. Any signs and symptoms of COVID require testing.
