Job Brief:



Join a rapidly growing engineering team and be part of a innovative solid state LiDar design for autonomous driving. Headquartered in Sunnyvale with offices in Suzhou and Shanghai, China. Innovusion LiDAR is designed for autonomous and was chosen as the standard configuration for NIO ET7 sedan. 



You will be responsible for FPGA designs for next generation LiDAR products. Troubleshooting of board and system level issues. You will be an important member of our overall R&D organization, collaborating daily with highly skilled groups of mechanical, electrical, optical, firmware and software engineers. This position involves close interaction with senior management and significant contributions to team growth.



Responsibilities:




FPGA design and Verilog implementation of state-of-the-art Control, Data Path and Digital Signal Processing modules in an SoC environment. 
Integration of high-speed interfaces, memories and other 3rd party modules. 
HDL simulation, verification, integration and debugging of highly complex FPGA-based platforms and systems. 
Resolution of complex issues on critical programs related to architectural approaches, requirements, specifications and design. 
Work closely with Electrical, FW, SW, Optical and Mechanical Engineers on design, bring-up and debug of highly complex FPGA-based systems. 
Work on a rapid
prototype design, implementation, and test of LiDAR system


Skills Required:




BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field. 
Demonstrated proficient experience in ASIC / FPGA life cycle (architecture, design, simulation, verification, validation, integration & test). 
Strong proficiency in Verilog for design and verification. 
Strong competence in FPGA tools including simulation, synthesis, place & route, and timing analysis. 
Hardware debug experience, including familiarity with tools such as oscilloscope, logic analyzer, protocol analyzer. 
Deep knowledge and understanding of digital design fundamentals. 
Must have good verbal and written communication skills. 
Must have good documentation skills. 
Must be a team player in a fast-paced start-up environment.
