The meal plans come with (30 minute or less) recipes, an affordable grocery list and more. The step- Y- Tep easy instruction saves time with affordability in mind.
*Our meal plans are great for Type 2 Diabetics, Chemo patients including those with High Blood Pressure, Acne, Fibroids, high cholesterol and more. We are happy to expand and excited to introduce talented bloggers !
