Ideal Sales Experience
We believe that the salesperson with the right Sales DNA can be quickly trained and we are open to considering salespeople with minimal sales experience. That said, our ideal candidate has the following experience:
Experience in the executive search, staffing or consulting industry
Minimum 4 years of sales experience
Experience selling Life Sciences or related services
Experience selling to the executives within small/growing biotech
BA or MA degree
Stable job history
Responsibilities:
Working with current and prospective customers to discover their upcoming and current needs
Build and maintain trust-based professional relationships with key decision-makers
Work in a collaborative environment while operating with a high sense of urgency
Understand the value and benefit of going deeper and broader with existing relationships
Communicate proactively with all decision-makers and influencers
Plan daily, hit specific activity benchmarks and close business
Work well with the recruiting and operations team members, leveraging their expertise with yours
Communicating/coordinating with clients regarding interviews, job descriptions, updates
Gather details on prospective and current clients financial status, pipeline, history
Seek out new business development opportunities build prospect lists, create outreach, follow up
Prep and executive client meetings
Bring creative approach to always stay ahead of the curve
