Functional SAP/Hana Business Process Analyst – 100% Remote (needs to be able to work EST Time Zone)

Role: SAP S4/Hana Business Process Analyst on a Global Plan to Manufacturing Team. Will act has the Liaison between Business and ABAP Programmers for supporting requests for SAP Scripts, Configuration, Solution Manager and Active Control.

Location: Ohio (100% Remote)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Working knowledge of application and ERP concepts in the following SAP S4/HANA components: configuration, SAP scripts, SAP transactions, Solution Manager and Active Control.

• Experience with two or more of the following business processes and systems: Supply and Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Production Planning/ Detailed Scheduling (PPDS), ATP, BOP, Production Execution, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Quality Management.

• High degree of focus on customer with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional analytical skills combined with a business sense that translates to a high level of problem-solving abilities to include identifying Functional Issues vs Technical Issues.

JOB DUTIES:

• Support break-fix and project activities related to the functioning areas.

• Work with users and key stakeholders to define business requirements and convert those requirements into technical specifications.

• Ensure the quality of software changes and additions.

• Understand and solve interfacing needs between the ERP and supporting systems.
