Job Brief:



Aisle3 is a boutique eCommerce marketing agency. We spend our days working with clients to help them scale their presence and sales on Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms, and are looking for a full-time Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.



As the Growth Marketing Coordinator, your focus will be helping grow our inbound and outbound marketing funnel.



Objectives of this position:




Assist in the development and implementation of inbound and outbound marketing activities in order to keep a constant flow of qualified leads 
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and marketing ideas and tactics with the team


Responsibilities: 




Develop a strategy around the new company website
Work with freelancers to execute website copy, development, and technical SEO components
Develop and support new podcast series to interview founders and marketers across different brands
Reach out and secure interviews for a new podcast 
Create content calendar and work with freelancers and internal team to write content on time 
Use Hootsuite to maintain and push content and updates to social channels
Work with internal team to accumulate data to create new case studies around client work
Create a new industry whitepaper on a quarterly basis around trends and other
important information with client data and other data sourced from other outlets
Create and maintain marketing CRM
Use CRM to build out email drip campaigns to engage potential clients
Create and distribute a bi-weekly newsletter 
Help plan and coordinate webinars to generate leads 


Requirements:




Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
A firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
Must have a high level of creativity
Occasional travel may be required
