JOB DESCRIPTION
Requisitos:
We are -AmeriCasa,- a leading company providing manufactured homes, financial services, and insurance to different types of customers, based on a proprietary software platform that allows the customer to have a unique experience.
Today we want to increase our sales force and we are looking to expand our team of sales consultants that will allow us to increase our sales and growth objectives in the market, being a trusted guide during the sales process of our clients.
We know that the success of our consultants is possible, and they can easily earn over $100,000 per year in compensation, coupled with several company benefits, including paid vacation and prepaid medical.
-Purpose of the Role: - Learn and conduct -AmeriCasa- sales process while demonstrating exceptional customer service.
-AmeriCasa- provides a complete training process to sales associates that include education on features and benefits of homes as well as a general understanding of the home sales process.
Demonstrate an understanding and excitement regarding -AmeriC--casa- Outlook. This includes the opportunity to be a part of a team that is building a strong foundation of values and culture, and the ambition to grow the company into greatness.

 
Actividades a realizar:
- Develop, practice, and deliver a good sales presentation consistent with company training.
- Responsible for a high level of activity including, but not limited to engaging with new prospects, following up with interested prospects, and setting appointments to close.
- Maintain a good line of communication with -AmeriCasa- team members.
- Utilize all resources to transition leads into prospective customers and consistently follow up with customers who are under contract.
- Generate referrals by upholding self to a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
- Enter leads, appointments, and all communication into the -AmeriCasa- Operating Software Platform daily.

- Serves as trusted advisor/primary point of contact for home buyers from initial meeting through home closing.
- Tour and demonstrate model homes, presenting AmeriCasa homes in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Work with all clients to understand and identify their vision while aligning the perfect home to meet their needs.
-Desired Candidate Qualifications: -
- Minimum High School or GED required
- Driver's License Required.
- Must be bilingual - English/Spanish- .
- 1- 2+ years of proven track record within a direct selling role.
- Must be able to provide personal annual financial reports.
- Must be able to perform calculations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must exemplify a high level of professionalism in appearance and daily interactions with the team, management, as well as customers
- Strong work ethic, drive, positive attitude, and decision- Making skills.
- Proficient Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

- Base wage of $2,000 monthly
- Commission structure that enables total compensation to exceed $100,000. 00 per year based on achievement of sales goals.
