JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

3-7 years experience providing generalist level support in an HR department.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Experience preferred in the following systems: ADP, Gusto, Paycheck, etc.

Experience recruiting candidates for IT companies or engineers for startups.

Experience on Tech industries is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll processing

- Benefits administration and negotiation

- Work with a recruiter to find candidates and coordinate the interview process

- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews

- Entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance

- Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process

- Coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
Benefits:
The expected Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
