Responsibilities:
- Serves as the first point of contact for all Human Resource (HR) customers.
- Provides a high level of customer service in response to HR questions and provides administrative support for various HR functions.
- The primary contact responsible for providing a high level of customer service to staff members in response to Human Resource (HR) questions (including but not limited to, answering questions, researching information and assisting with problem resolution) in a timely manner.
- Able to answer foundational questions regarding HR Policies, Compensation, Talent, Performance Management, Benefits, and other functional areas of HR. Elevates complex issues and triages to the appropriate area.
- Responsible for facilitating and coordinating ongoing problem resolution with internal and external customers and vendors.
- Fully researches issues and shares knowledge as appropriate with team members. Logs tickets of interactions with internal and external customers in the ticket logging system.
- Stay up- To- Date with laws and practices that impact HR programs.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of data into the HR ERP system.
- Utilizes information to effectively update staff records and records appropriate transactions in the HR ERP system.
- Audits, analyzes, and troubleshoots data. Maintains confidentiality of data at all times and follows IT Security protocols.
- Provides administrative support for the Human Resources Department in a timely, accurate, and detail- Oriented manner.
- Tasks include, but are not limited to responding to AskHR questions, filing, completing government- Required paperwork, and mailings.
- Assists the Benefits Department with administration, including eligibility, claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees.
- Responsible for recommending process improvements for HR Department administrative processes.
- Updates documentation in process manual with changes and reviews manual for accuracy no less than once per year.
