Location: New York City, NY

Type: 6 months contract on W2

       

NOTES FROM HIRING MANAGER:

The Hiring Manager needs experienced candidates that have several years of Human Resources Management experience.
This position is remote for now until later in 2022 for the New York area.
The Events described will require Local candidates to be present to ensure optimal coverage and encourage program development.
The Human Resources manager must be able to identify needs and avenues to develop relationships amongst departments. 

Soft skills
• Adaptable to various approaches when problem solving for clients
• Must have previous experience in a leadership role and dealing with interdepartmental interactions
• Able to adhere to company and federal guidelines and have extensive knowledge of Fair Labor Standards.
• Have a proven record in executing time sensitive deliverables.

Technical Skills:
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs
• Experience required with HRIS systems (SAP, BrassRing) 
• Organizational design implementation 
• Experience with reporting/analytical tools 
• Project management experience is a plus.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Related Field of Study Minimum 7 years relevant HR experience

Responsibilities:

HR partner to our clients, including organizational design, talent acquisition and retention, compensation analysis, performance management, talent management, reporting/analytics, onboarding and offboarding Partner with HR leadership to support the employee lifecycle. Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and practices Mentor and provide career development opportunities and guidance to employees' development Operationalize HR transactions via workflow processes Liaise with HR specialists and partners, including Benefits and Payroll, to manage and resolve employee inquiries Project ownership of HR-related initiatives Manage headcount and budget Manage job descriptions and Talent Acquisition relationships Partner with teams to create, plan, and execute culture building activities and events
