Job Description:

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, with minimum of 10+ years experience.

Mandatory Skills:

8-10 years of solid experience with CA IDM or any other IDM tool At least 5 years of Java programming experience Hands on experience in frameworks like Angular JS Good knowledge in webservices (SOAP, REST, etc.,) and implementation experience is preferred Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently, demonstrate excellent problem solving abilities, be well organized, flexible, and self-motivate Experience administering IT functions including security policies/standards, and account management Solid understanding and experience with IT, Security controls processes and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to demonstrate analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, solution orientation in a fast-paced environment A team-focused mentality with the proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Relevant academic education in Information Technology, Information Security or significant equivalent experience

Preferred Skills:

Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management processes such as user onboarding and off-boarding, user management, password management etc. Understanding of Information Security Risk Assessments and risk managements methodologies Knowledge in any of the Identity and Access Management tools


Collect and document business / functional requirements for integrations, enhancements Confirm requirements, develop appropriate design for integrations / enhancements with appropriate documentation Align with customers on the requirements and design Deliver solution, conduct appropriate testing for releases and migrate through environments including production with after go live hyper care Identify and expand the functionality for future use cases as appropriate, aligning with leadership Recommend enhancements for continuous improvement Identify issues in the system, conduct root cause analysis and propose/implement solutions after getting alignment with the customer Perform enhancement to the existing Identity management system to improve the efficiency and user friendliness Integrate new applications with the Identity management tool using a pre-build framework Perform RCA and fix the issues in the applications integrated with the identity management tool Perform/Support patching/upgrade for the existing systems Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and a high level of focus and attention to detail. Strong work ethic with good time management with the ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
