This is an onsite position located in Houston, Texas, USA.

- 1 year of direct work experience in system support and implementation

- Exceptional customer service skills, striving to resolve customer issues quickly

- Experience in software support, help desk, or software implementation with direct customer interaction

- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and data gathering

- Successful communicator across all levels of employees and customers in an organization

- Working knowledge of computers, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel

- Demonstrated proficiency in teaching and communicating complex material comprehensively

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with auditing and compliance software technology is a plus

- In-depth knowledge of compliance/audit software systems

Actividades a realizar:
- Respond to customer issues submitted via phone and email in a timely manner

- Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and document the customers issue

- Provide ongoing documentation of all support inquiries in the support system and escalate as needed

- Identify and report repeated issues to the VP of Product Development to help improve the product

- Update end-user configuration and settings as necessary

- Identify and make recommendations to the VP of Product Development about new technology and/or software enhancements based on feedback provided by the customer

- Coordinate implementation
meetings and initial training session with customers

- Gather customer information as well as setup and configure products

- Train customers on all facets of product functionality

- Create training videos, training guides, and other materials to facilitate the implementation and training processes

- Facilitate customer transition to the assigned application administrator for ongoing training needs to ensure the optimal utilization of products

- Provide regular updates on support, implementation, goals, and objectives to leadership

- Actively participate in team meetings, one-on-ones, and brainstorming activities

- Actively manage daily activities and call schedule to meet goals and objectives in a timely manner

- Perform and document user acceptance testing for new enhancements or bug fixes

- Assist with enhancement and bug resolution deployments

- Be exposed to confidential corporate and customer information. Must maintain absolute confidentiality and comply with regulatory guidelines
