Requirements:

    • • Experience in construction/home improvement, inspections, real estate, or architecture preferred.
    • • Agree to a criminal background check and review of driving record.
    • • Basic computer literacy, data entry helpful.
Responsibilities:

  • • Responsibilities
    • • Drive to residential/commercial properties.
    • • Identify, photograph and upload images of potential hazards and basic photos.
    • • Record on-site observations.
    • • Accurate exterior measurements and a sketch of the building.
    • • Complete inspections and reports within deadline.
    • • Speak directly with policyholders and/or agents when needed.
