Requirements:
*Complete orientation and certification required
*Computer andor phone
*Reliable HI- Speed Internet Connection
*Effective Customer Service Skills
*Knowledge in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business a plus
Responsibilities:
*Strong consultative selling skills
*Ability to listen to clients needs while offering confident recommendations via telephone, e- Mail and other methods of communication.
*Creativity, detail- Oriented and takes pride in the process of creating experiences around the world
*Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written
*Excellent research, planning, and organizational skills
*Ability to multitask and coordinate travel for various clients simultaneously
*Completely comfortable and adept in a technology- Focused environment
*Strong work ethic A perfectionist with follow- Through
*Sales experience a plus, not required
