Our company recruits and TRAINS people for real estate jobs in the US, primarily appointment setters and cold callers. You will know the ins and outs of before working with your employer.

Responsibilities of a lead nurturer/appointment setter/ lead intake:

- set appointments with homeowners who want to sell their house outside of the traditional real estate model

- answer the phone and develop relationships with people until they are ready to sell

- set daily, weekly and monthly goals for yourself

- enter notes in the CRM so that the team can access the status of the customer at any time
