THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Inside Sales Representative

Make outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers to purchase Enphase products and upgrades Complete the sale through online portal and match customer with a contractor for product installation Understand customer needs and offer solutions Maintain database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information Track customer interactions with customer service tickets Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions

Inside Sales Representative

Proven track record of selling solar products to customers 2-7 + years of inside sales experience in B2C Solar sales at a call center Self-starter, and go-getter; able to work in fast-paced environments and comfortable working through unknowns. Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools to drive productivity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
