JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Prior sales or customer service experience

Successfully track record in exceeding sales targets

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A strong desire for world class customer service

Self-starter with a great work ethic and excellent organization skills

Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and desire to sell/upsell

Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed sales targets.

Follow up promptly and qualify all new sales leads.

Clearly articulate ADI's value propositions to existing and new customers.

Generate incremental sales growth through outbound calling efforts.

Prepare and manage monthly sales pipeline.

Develop strong partnerships with customers an resolve problems.

Work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.
