-Accountable for customer orders "from cradle to grave" meaning from RFQ, to order entry, to shipment of order.
-Confirm that all parts are sourced in a timely manner by department's operations team, assist the shipping department by obtaining shipping instructions, and provide tracking information to customer when order ships.
-Responsible for accurate part identification for the customer.

Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or similar.
1-2 2 years’ experience preferably in an Inside Sales
To be successful, the candidate must bring a background in direct customer service, mechanical aptitude, computer skills and strong interpersonal skills. Phone skills are especially important.
The ability to read and interpret drawings, bills of materials, part structures and knowledge of industrial equipment are critical.
