This position will focus on, Installation, Building, Commissioning, and integrating complex telephony data networks through the use of Engineering specifications and design documents. To support the network deployment and perform within the scope of assigned projects as per Ribbon's commitment to meet or surpass customer expectations. This role fulfills services sold and includes, but is not limited to, Installation, Configuration, Integration, Test, Migration, and Solution validation.


o    Complete all projects as per the scope of the defined Sow's, (statement of work) within the budgetary constraints as defined by provided hourly budgets.
o    Ensure quality of project delivery, ensuring that the project tasks are performed adhering to approved practices using approved documentation.
o    Develop customer loyalty and satisfaction through accountability of delivery and integrity of customer interface and reporting
o    On complex and multi-nodal customer networks, act as Installation and Integration Prime to ensure smooth flow of Ribbon deployment.

This position requires knowledge of and a moderate amount of field experience in basic building and construction of telecommunications hardware at the customer site.
This individual must be very experienced and competent in the physical build activities and must be able to build the product utilizing job specifications and drawings with little or no guidance from a Site Team Leader and/or other designated Lead position. 
Ability to lead others and to direct assignments to meet delivery commitments to customers and may also perform power verification and preliminary hardware testing of out-of-service equipment. 
He/she must possess the knowledge and the abilities enabling him/her to complete the following responsibilities of the position and must be able to direct others in these activities:
o    Can plan, manage logistics and execute the physical installation of hardware on one or multiple sites.
o    Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation. 
o    Knowledge of the phases of product installation and testing is required.
o    Must be able to perform advanced hardware, functional, and network testing on multiple

product lines. 
o    Must have an advanced understanding of customer networks. 
o    Must be able to perform product upgrades and integrate new and/or extension product hardware. 
o    Must be able to perform complex troubleshooting on product problems.
o    May be required to travel away from home for several weeks with very little advance notice.
o    'Evening' or 'Night' shift work required upon demand, often with very little advance warning. Physical lifting of a minimum of 25 pounds is required.
o    Conducts work assignments, communicates, dresses, and assists customers in a professional manner. Reads and stays current on installation documentation.
o    Reads and interprets Engineering specs, prints, and drawings.
o    When necessary, the ability to use a computer and various software applications (email, Excel, etc.)
o    Maintain on-site job records and administration tracking. 

Delivery of Services such as:
o    Physical Installation
o    Cabling and Power Verification
o    Product and Solution Commissioning 
o    Integration into customer networks
o    Test and Verification 
o    Line and Trunk turn-up and test
o    Migration Services and Support
o    Troubleshoot Product issues. Work with other Technical Support Teams for resolution of all Network Issues.  Report on Implementation and Commissioning Progress to Management and Account Team.
o    High mobility and flexibility are required as projects are across North America. 
o    Travel can be up to two weeks in duration.  
o    Travel for deployment can consistently be as high as 100%.  
o    May be required to work off normal business hours.

o    Associate's Degree in Telecommunications or equivalent experience
