Required Qualifications:

8 + years of experience with software engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in IVR Call flow development. Must have hands-on development experience using either Java or any object-oriented languages  Must have knowledge in JavaScript fundamentals & syntax and ready to work on the scripting language ( No UI skills required) - The candidate is expected to do code tests in JavaScript and/or Java during the assessment process. Strong hands-on technologies like VXML, UML, State Diagram, JSON, SQL  At least conceptual knowledge in state-machine is expected (can read from YouTube or learning site before attending the technical interview, refer below for learning links) Working experience on Tools like Eclipse, Papyrus with Unix/Linux OS Strong Debugging and Troubleshooting skill Experience in test-driven development Proficient understanding of
code versioning tools like perforce, Git Agile-Scrum knowledge is required Excellent communication, client interaction and stakeholder interaction are must Strong understanding of Natural Language design and Directed Dialogue design techniques for speech applications (preferred)


IVR flow developers who are working in Genesys or Avaya or Cisco platforms and using Java & VXML for the development will be given priority.
