This role is part of Marketing ? Brand Marketing

The role is responsible for building, supporting, and maintaining capabilities and advanced analytical approaches to enable Reynolds RGM strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of pricing and promotional systems and analytical tools that provide data and strategic insights to drive share revenue, profits, and share growth.

Support the capabilities and advanced analytical tools enabling the strategies and tactics to deliver category-leading revenue, profit, and share of market programs.

Reports to: Senior Director RGM Capabilities & Analytics

Reporting Level: No Direct Reports

Supports plans to drive profitable multi-year and annual revenue growth Supports a robust RGM capability building and advanced analytical systems agenda enabling the delivery of the organization's goals in changing and dynamic competitive landscape Supports building, deploying, and managing breakthrough RGM capabilities and advanced analytical approaches to accelerate NTO growth and market share gains Provide project management support to building RGM capabilities and advanced analytical techniques and tools Run, maintain, augment, and enhance the company's existing price & share modeling efforts Support, implement, and run a wide array of analytical approaches and modeling, leveraging technological resources inclusive of regression engines, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and scenario planning modules Leverage vast datasets of shipments, pricing, retail offtake, and transaction-level data to develop critical Business Intelligence and insights, with a specific focus on the continued development, analytical approaches, and tools related to segment and category performance Collaborate with other Strategy, Retail Planning, Commercial Finance, Trade, Data Science, and Consumer Marketing associates to ensure an aligned capability and tools project plans Supports the alignment of RGM with the parent company's Global Revenue Sustainability program


Do you have experience managing data/system projects for internal and external customers? Do you have experience working with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Systems? Have you identified areas of report/analysis automation and executed the process change?


3-5+ years of experience supporting tools used in modeling, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets 3-5+ years of experience with Sales/Trade Promotion Management systems Proven track record of project management Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate key takeaways through impactful storytelling Curious, self-starter that drives results in a dynamic environment and acts with appropriate urgency Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills supporting translating insights into actionable recommendations Project Management, LEAN, Agile Software Development experience BA/BS degree required; Master's degree preferred


Experience in
consumer goods is strongly preferred. Experience analyzing sales, panel and/or loyalty database data
