Bachelor's degree in related curriculum.
5+ years designing sales and leadership learning content.
Demonstrated track record of creating and driving learning initiatives with measurable results.
Documented experience in adult learning principles and current industry standard authoring tools (i. E. Articulate, Captivate, Vyond or similar).
Experience working with LMS Platforms and other delivery technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organization, documentation and follow- Up skills.
Demonstrated capability to build and maintain effective working relationships with business partners, field sales and leadership.
High level of proficiency with MS Suite and tools.
Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Must be willing and able to travel overnight up to 10%.

PMP Certification.
Drive learning initiatives across a multi- Channel, geographically dispersed sales organization in alignment with business objectives.
Develop and communicate strategic training

plan in alignment with business needs and executive leadership.
Lead the design, development and implementation of a full curricula including on- Demand tools, resources and programs tailored to meet organizational development needs and drive sales effectiveness.
Partner with subject- Matter experts, sales leadership, and vendors to develop training content and programs.
Conduct needs analysis and develop training curriculums to fit those needs.
Build formal and informal learning / enablement tools, resources and other learning activities.
Identify and track key metrics to determine overall effectiveness of learning initiatives.
Leverage learning technology and platforms and tools (LMS, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc. ) to optimize the learning experience.
Manage training course development budget.
Demonstrated supervisory responsibilities, requires ability to lead and inspire project team members to produce successful results.
Assist in the coordination and scheduling of all training within scope of responsibility.
