Requirements:
- Is skillful in providing effective written and verbal communications to internal and external teams.
- 5 years experience working with internal and/or external clients. Is keenly aware of customer expectations and is able to deliver the same and promote an environment of confidence in delivery.
- Accurately translate cx issue description to required work and coach Jr/Mid to the same.
- Using critical thinking, good business sense and organizational values to make decisions involving complex matters with a medium level of risk and ambiguity.
- Skillful at applying defined standards, tools, and processes. Actively looks for areas of simplification and improved efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Answer basic customer questions about installation, operation, system administration, networking configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.
- Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
- Escalates complex problems to the Tech Team Lead, TAM, Engineering staff, or Field Engineering.
- Provide updates to the problem request/management tracking system.
- Update customers on order status and RMA.
- Act as company liaison
- Periodic cabling work to include the installation of new cable runs as well as the maintenance, administration, labeling and troubleshooting of existing cable infrastructure
