Requirements:
- • Adult Daycare Experience and bilingual are a Plus.
- • BLS Certification (Preferred)
- • LPN (Preferred)
- • LVN (Required)
Responsibilities:
- • Welcome/intake new potential clients and visitors.
- • Be able to Administer skilled nursing care such as medications, vital signs, dressings, wound care.
- • Monitoring patient charts, screen and assess clients health assessment, admissions, monthly summaries and clients evaluations.
- • Communicate with caseworkers, agency reps, and group home representatives when necessary.
- • Assist with solving Medicaid related documents and filings.
- • Answering medically related phone calls, making copies, and documentational reports for Texas Department of Human Services, APS, The center for Health Care Services and other relatable organizations we work with referring to client based services.
- • Perform and facilitate forms/ reports through USDA, TDHS, and all other federal regulations as amendable per state, city, county regulations.
- • Must be able to work with patients with disabilities and intellectual disabilities.
