JOB DESCRIPTION

 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Brand tracking program across Devices and Services Product Area. Work with external vendors to execute programs, and with internal partners to scope the program, and deliver results.

• Collect, Analyze, and Report on data.

• Execute creative Concept Testing and Creative Asset Testing. Partner with internal teams to understand Creative research needs, and partner with external vendors to execute Global research. 

• Partner with internal teams on Media Measurement, synthesizing results into actionable insights and reports. 

• Work across many teams to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Understand and incorporate complex business requirements into research. Evangelize research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations.

Top daily responsibilities:

• Assist management of global brand health trackers for Devices & Services Product Area

• Synthesizing media results from various sources for standard and ad hoc reporting

• Creative concept/asset testing project management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelors, Marketing, Psychology, Statistics, Social Sciences

• Strong understanding of strengths and shortcomings of different Brand, Creative, and Media research and measurement methods, including

when and how to apply them during different phases of marketing development

• Excellent working knowledge of marketing research methods, statistics, and the principles of experiment and research design

• Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills

• Ability operate in a very fast-paced environment

• A deep desire to apply research to improve Marketing Performance 

• 5 years' experience leading creative testing and insights research programs

• Excellent working knowledge of consumer research methods, statistics, and the principles of experiment and research design

• Leading brand measurement programs for large advertisers

DESIRED QUALIFICATION:

• Creating dashboards (via Tableau). Data modeling/analytic experience(Stats based marketing research position)

• Excellent working knowledge of consumer research methods, statistics, and the principles of experiment and research design

• Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills

• Preferably 5 or more years' experience in market research.
