Our client is seeking a highly creative and analytical Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of our marketing strategies and initiatives from auditing and optimizing our current practices, to implementing new initiatives to grow our business and carry out our company vision. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO and will work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams.  



Day-in and day-out, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategies. You will lead all our creative efforts and take ownership of core marketing initiatives that accelerate our coaching business’ rapid growth. You will be responsible for monitoring daily KPI’s, analyzing the data as it comes in and making adjustments to campaigns in real-time, testing new campaigns to garner additional data, and working with the CEO and sales team to assess the qualitative and quantitative nature of the leads from each campaign.



This role requires strategic insight, creative thinking, extensive experience in crafting top-notch marketing campaigns, and a drive to own projects from ideation to execution. Responsibilities:





Innovation:





Show up hungry and

Audit existing campaigns and strategies and identify opportunities to optimize




Understand our customer journey and spearhead new approaches to exceeding targets






Monitoring, Analyzing, and Reporting: 





Monitor all active ad campaigns to ensure they meet KPI requirements




Manage all funnels and points of entry for potential customers




Keep a close eye on data trends and proactively make decisions to maintain optimization and communicate efficiently with leadership




Maintain compliance on all of our social media platforms and introduce new platforms for lead generation




Run weekly meetings with the CEO and the sales team to report on data and metrics






Strategy & Implementation:





Research, test and identify opportunities to try new approaches to digital marketing




Draw from your expertise and current trends to scale stagnant campaigns






Team





Play an expert role on our team and proactively contribute ideas to our company success




Demonstrate commitment to the vision and big picture of where we are going and build out the roadmap, and eventually, the team to get us there




Be a go-to collaborator and helpful team member to everyone across the business







Must Have:





Ability to work at an extremely fast pace with competing priorities




Previous experience with online advertising (Google, Facebook, or YouTube)




Proven experience analyzing data




Strong experience with ClickFunnels and Hubspot preferred 




Ability to work autonomously and proactively 







Experience in affiliate marketing




Writing compelling copy that converts




Ability to maintain high standards while keeping tabs on several moving pieces







Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude
