Location: Remote, USA
Location: Remote but with ability to go on site (Carlsbad CA) as needed for training.

Key responsibilities:
Manage customer orders from receipt of order to shipment of final product by working with various internal teams to ensure on time shipment. We handle 300-500 open order lines at any given time.
Ability to track the progress of multiple orders, respond quickly to manufacture/order issues, and communicate status of orders with customers in a professional and timely manner.
Handle multiple emails/requests per day, keep our shared mailbox organized and ensure the emails are addressed in a timely fashion.
Maintain customer email folders and notes
Enter order data entry using internal tools.
Generate order reports to track the order status.
Assist with simple quote requests.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Must have a high school degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
Must have strong communication (oral and written), organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Must have previous experience with Word, Outlook and Excel.
Computer literacy, including spreadsheets and databases. Ability to learn multiple computer systems and tools.
Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Project Management and/or Customer Support related experience is a plus.
