Extremely busy Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy company Abacus Therapies is looking for an experienced operations manager (remote) who flourishes under pressure and maintains a professional manner under any and all circumstances. This person is a leader who is disciplined, efficient and has the ability to inspire various teammates and departments and follow- Up to get things done. We are seeking someone with an exceptional eye for detail who can take the ball and run with IT - At a minimum you must demonstrate stellar computer skills, be a leader who is organized, has a sense of humor, and is a fast learner with ability to think on your feet.

- Extensive leadership and operations management experience
- Fluent English phone and writing skills
- Ability to work our company business hours: Monday through Friday 9am- 6pm (New York / Miami EST)
- Able to take ownership of objectives.
- Constant focus on quantitative and qualitative understanding of practice
- Successful at managing multiple responsibilities.
- Very proficient with using web and mobile applications.
- Strong willingness to constantly learn.
- Team player.
- Self- Tarter, confident and excellent judgment.
- Very reliable high- Eed internet service for IP telephony for phone calls, etc. -
Responsibilities:
- Ability to provide oversight, leadership and support to various admins and departments: Illing and credentialing, client onboarding and authorizations, recruiting, HR, and scheduling.
- Ensure Office and scheduling team is keeping the practice running smoothly
- Weekly preparation and audit of employee time sheets.
- Manage, report and act on monthly KPI-s.
- Becoming fluent in Central Reach (practice management system), including CR Institute and TalentLMS (training management systems).
- Manage quality assurance programs
- Find and execute process improvements
- Locating and helping coordinate the setup of new practice facilities
- Analyze local, statewide and national growth opportunities related to our core practice
- Assist in hiring for other growth positions like sales, marketing, etc, as needed
- Light bookkeeping

This is a full- Time position, long term position with salary, benefits, and paid time off. Salary range is commensurate with experience and location: USD $2000 - $3000.
