JOB DESCRIPTION
Requisitos:

We wish to link to our team, bilingual (spanish and english) public accounting professional, with minimum 5 years experience as a licensed accountant, with knowledge in the different processes of the area, with handling of dynamics erp, quikbooks, office and google tools, who will be in charge of supervising the accounting and financial operations of the company at latam level.



Actividades a realizar:
- Accounting record of reimbursements, purchase invoices, payments, cash receipts, when required.
- Recording of provisions, accounting adjustments, depreciation and amortization.
- Analysis and debugging of accounting and third party accounts.
- Bank and credit card reconciliation.
- Preparation of national, federal and municipal taxes.
- Preparation and filing of annual tax returns.
- Administration, settlement of payroll, social security and benefits, corporate and governmental.
- Preparation of financial statements for presentation or management.
- Preparation of reports to control and banking
entities when required.
- Customer credit analysis.
- Handling of banking portals and negotiation with banks.
- Search for new financing options, factoring, loans, credit cards, among others.
- CxP and CXC reporting and follow- Up.
- Collection follow- Up.
- Follow- Up and execution of payments to suppliers, taxes, utilities, etc.
- Preparation of budgets, cash flow and other financial projections.
