Requirements:
A kind hearted and hardworking person willing to work as a home health aide, who will be able to provide direct support assistance to clients
He/She will be expected to assist patients in their day today living and personal care according to the given plan.
Skills
- Should have related work experience dealing with home health aide
- Understanding ability to monitor the patient's vital signs
- Hands-on experience with regards to basic nutrition and personal hygiene
- Should be a valid CPR certificate holder with first-aid training
- He/ she is expected to have a high school degree with a valid driver's licence.
Responsibilities:
Assisting patients in household chores. Taking patients to medical appointments. Assisting in administering prescribed medications
# Assisting clients to engage personal activities of choice. Reporting patient's condition and closely monitoring their vitals. Assistance with organizing patients records. Assistance with meal prep.
