Physical Therapist | 3 Years of Experience - Indianapolis

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy from an accredited program
• • Current state license to practice physical therapy
• • CPR and BLS certification
• • At least 3 years of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting
• • Excellent clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and mobilizing customers
• • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• • Proficient in using electronic medical records and documentation software
• • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• • Commitment to lifelong learning and evidence-based practice

Responsibilities:

• • Perform thorough evaluations and assessments of client physical function, pain, and mobility.
• • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client goals and needs.
• • Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy and exercise, as well as electrotherapy and ultrasound.
• • Monitor and document client progress and outcomes.
• • Implement treatment plans as needed for optimal recovery and safety.
• • Collaborate with other health care providers and team members.
• • Provide education and instruction to clients and their families about home exercises, self-care, and prevention strategies.
• • Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations and ethical standards.
• • Participate in continuing education activities and professional development.
