JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: PLM-Product Lifecycle Management Architect

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Architect, you are responsible for providing technical leadership to medium size/complexity/order-value enterprise-scale projects/solutions. You are expected to have a depth of knowledge of specified multiple technological areas, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products, and frameworks. You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates, and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs). You should provide technical leadership to project team(s) to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues. You are required to guide a team of Architects, who would be a responsible specific architectural area or part of the architecture/solution.

Qualifications:

Strong expertise and experience in implementing Oracle PLM Cloud solution suite 14+ years of experience in PLM implementation 4+ years of experience implementing PLM for Hi-Tech/Consumer Electronics industries Extensive knowledge of working with FBDIs Know how to secure custom objects Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) skills Experience in implementing customizations/ extensions on Oracle Cloud using Oracle JET Understanding of Style Items, Product Variants, and Configure To Order (CTO) Strong PLM solution architecture experience
with proven abilities in defining and delivering scalable and sustainable solution architecture in large PLM implementation programs the right candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment providing technical support via the phone, email, and remote connection to the user's device. This position requires patience and excellent verbal communication skills in an environment where the user's first priority is serving the citizens of Jefferson County. The best candidate will come with experience in providing support over the phone for Microsoft products such as O365, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Word, etc. Teams would be a plus. Cybersecurity awareness is mandatory. A candidate with experience in a virtual environment is necessary and VMWare Horizon is a plus. This position may require the candidate to be on-site two days a week with precautions in place for COVID-19. If the candidate is unwilling to report on-site, please do not submit them. All other hours will be working from home with county provided equipment. Candidate must live local and be available for a WebEx and possible in person interview.
