Key Responsibilities:

Product ownership of a suite of new APS Advanced TV products. Lead the product strategy to invent new solutions on behalf of our customers that go beyond ad monetization. Define the vision of their product suite and influence stakeholders and senior leaders through strong written communication skills. Focus intensely on Advanced TV customers to ensure we're building products that deliver value for them. Work with cross-company business and product leaders to build and execute a strategic plan aligned with long-term objectives. Translate marketplace data and collect intelligence to identify opportunities for innovation and to guide product strategy. Drive excellence in execution and operations for your products, both within APS and across partner teams in Amazon Advertising. Lead complex, mission-critical projects from initiation
through delivery. Basic Qualifications 8+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience 2+ years of experience with end to end product delivery Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications 5+ years' experience in digital advertising MBA and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline Great ability to identify and translate emerging trends and customer needs (across regions) into workable product proposals. Experience with inventing new solutions/products and successfully launching them Demonstrated agility across a host of skill sets, including customer definition, new product strategy and execution, business analytics, and running day-to-day business operations Product roadmap ownership with experience dealing with ambiguity, tradeoffs and prioritization Experience operating in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment with a proven ability to maintain composure in high pressure situations Ability to earn trust across all levels of an organization Passion for technology, curiosity to dive deep into Amazon's suite of technical products and commitment to learning and expanding technical knowledge Strong verbal and written communication skills
