Must be 18 years of age
Shifts:
A crew: 6am - 4: 30pm (M- Th)
B Screw: 6pm- 4: 30am (T- F)
C crew: 6p- 4: 30am (Sun & M) 6am- 4: 30pm (Fri & Sat)
Pay:
1st shift- $17. 00
2nd shift- $17. 50
3rd shift- $18. 00
Time and a half after 40 hours
Double time on Sundays
Sign on Bonus:
$250 after 30 days
$250 after 60 days
$500 after 90 days
Required:
Must pass a background check and drug test
Responsibilities:
Installing seats
Follow standard work: Role of the operator is to follow and apply the best standards to build part in order to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
Attend Daily Shift Meeting.
Ensure 100% delivery to customer.
Take part and improve effectiveness using Lean Manufacturing methods.
