Our client "Online Video Sharing/Social Media Platform" industry is currently hiring a "Program Manager" located in "New York City, New York / San Francisco, California / Los Angeles, California". As a Program Manager, you'll be focused on educating and activating content partners, users, and our internal teams and will work with various cross-functional stakeholders.

Overview of Role:

Program managers keep cross-functional teams aligned and focused on goals, are responsible for tracking progress & feedback, reporting results, and providing a strategic point-of-view across a myriad of initiatives.

Role Description:

As a Biz Ops Program Manager, you will manage multiple projects across different areas of focus on one of the highest priority initiatives. You are a cross-functional leader and key owner on internal comms, project governance, stakeholder management, and organizational and operational support across many multi-faceted programs at one time.


Serve as the connective tissue of a cross-functional team (including Content Partnerships, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Business Development, and other internal
groups), working to share knowledge and drive people towards a common goal. Drive operational and process efficiencies across the Shopping organization; develop and maintain comprehensible project plans, RASCIs, GANTT charts, action trackers, & risks & mitigations. Prepare regular cross-functional meeting agendas (coordinating presenters, materials, & managing participant expectations in advance of each meeting), ensure each team and individual contributor is accountable for providing updates, clearly communicating progress, & weekly deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications (Skill/Experience/Education):

4+ years relevant program management leading complex cross-functional initiatives, creating operational efficiencies, and developing processes with stakeholders across multiple regions. 4+ years of experience in an analytically-intensive role and proven ability to visualize business data and metrics through dashboards or other reporting tools.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications (Nice to Have Skills):

Experience generating reports using SQL/DataStudio, or similar query language.
