Requirements:
Solid work ethic

Ability to manage time wisely

4-year degree in related field, preferred

Property or program management experience a plus

Solid experience with MS Office

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Ability to work independently

Bilingual helpful (Spanish)
Responsibilities:
Maintain a deep understanding of your programs for each property

Ensure program resources are prepared and accurate across internal systems

Maintain a professional attitude when meeting with providers, site teams and internal team members

Problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues

Good verbal communication

Attention to detail to ensure issues or questions are adequately addressed

Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently

Provide onsite visits

Complete weekly status reports for each property
