Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Must have your own computer.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
Capability of working independently and identifying and solving problems resourcefully and creatively.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Analyze project progress, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to requirements.
Structure and manage integrated, multi- Track project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress
Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources-including third- Arty vendors and researchers
Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
Responsible for the entire service team-s productivity and ensuring that the project deadlines are met.
Provide administrative support, as needed.
