Iota Impact is looking for a Project Manager.
- Maximize the happiness of our consumers, clients and collaborators.
- Compensation: USD 16,7K/month.
- Location: Remote (for Puerto Rico and USA residents).
- Skills: 7+ years of experience required in consulting and market research.
Actividades a realizar:
- Clarify and align the project's objectives, deliverables, and scope based on the client's needs and expectations.
- Design a detailed project plan that includes timelines, required resources, activities, and phases, ensuring a clear structure to follow.
- Assign activities, supervise the work team, and manage other resources necessary for the completion of the project.
- Identify methodologies and tools during project development to enhance team collaboration and recommendation development.
- Structure documents and deliverables and oversee this development with the project team.
- Lead interviews, workshops, and/or working sessions with the client.
- Regularly monitor the project's progress to ensure it stays on track, adjusting the plan as necessary.
- Keep all stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and proposed solutions, acting as a direct liaison between the client, project team, and consulting firm.
- Ensure that analyzes and work respond effectively to identified issues and meet expected quality.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that could affect the successful execution of the project.
- Address and resolve challenges or conflicts arising during project execution, and escalate them when necessary.
- Manage client interaction and foster lasting, long- Term relationships.
